About the outsourcing model, pricing and sending files.
For small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) whose own team is stretched, or who don't need a full-time specialist. We take on drafting, software and back-office work for firms in fields such as mechanical installation, fire protection, water treatment, HVAC and machine manufacturing – per project or on an ongoing basis.
In project-based work we deliver a defined job (for example a set of as-built drawings or a website) with the scope and price agreed up front. With staff augmentation we join your team as on-demand extra capacity during busy periods. In both cases scope and price are agreed before work starts.
AutoCAD drafting (permit and construction drawings, revisions), shop drawings, as-built drawings, PDF to DWG conversion, treatment plant layouts and P&IDs, fabrication drawings and 3D modelling in SolidWorks. See the CAD drafting and SolidWorks modelling pages for details.
Company website design, custom software and business tools, cloud infrastructure and backend, Power BI reporting and management dashboards, and AI document automation. We can also rebuild the functions of an application you pay a subscription for as a custom version running on your own server.
After reviewing the job we agree the scope and price in writing before work starts – no surprise items later. For drafting jobs we ask for no upfront payment on the first job and send part of it as a PDF preview before delivery.
No. Because the work is done remotely, we can work with firms across Türkiye, starting with Istanbul, and abroad. We work in Turkish and English.
You can attach up to 25 MB of files in total to the quote form (PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, SolidWorks, images, Office, ZIP). For larger files, simply paste a sharing link into the description. Your files are used only to assess your request.
